First, you will come in for a free estimate during business hours. Our estimators will discuss the repairs needed, cost and how long it will take at this time. It will only take about 15 minutes to get your estimate written. You let us know when you will be able to drop your vehicle off and we will get you on our schedule for repairs. Once you drop off, we document the condition of your vehicle and note what repairs will be taking place. The disassembly process will begin and if we need to order parts the estimators will do so. Next, your vehicle will move to re-assembly where our expert auto body techs will make sure everything is aligned correctly and looking like it did pre-accident. Before your car is ready to go home we will detail it and perform a quality check to make sure nothing was missed. Our estimators will contact you throughout the repair process to keep you updated.
